Welcome to Muralmist. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our wallpaper and mural products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

3. Products and Customization

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors and display settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see will exactly match the colors of the final product.

For custom murals, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We recommend adding an extra 1-2 inches to your measurements to account for any variations in your walls. We are not responsible for murals that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our wallpaper and murals are custom-printed to your specific dimensions and material choices, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement.

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Muralmist or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muralmist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our website or products.
